When emailing us with a complaint please give as much information as possible about your problem. We promise that any complaints raised will be handled fairly and in complete confidence within a five working day period.

Returned goods must be in perfect condition and original packaging with all tags attached. Goods that do not comply with this may not be returned or will be subject to a 20% reduction as the goods will have to be sold as shop soiled at a reduced price. A copy of the receipt with a short note as to what is required must be included in the package. You are strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. You are advised to package the product adequately as we cannot accept liability for any damage incurred during transit.

Postage and wrapping charges cannot be refunded unless the product was returned because of an error made by World of Bags or if the product was faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Although we would be happy to exchange (Subject to availability) any product that proves to be unsuitable for your requirements. All returns will be subject to a charge to cover the original carriage cost. Any item being returned after our 7 day 'No quibble' guarantee may be rejected or incurr a 20% restocking charge.

All online card transactions are subject to stringent security checks.

Subject to stock availability, goods will be dispatched by either Royal Mail or Courier delivery immediately after payment/card clearance. Please note this clearance check can take up to six hours from time of contact with the authorisation company, and so can result in 24 hour deliveries missing their dispatch deadline of 3:00pm, which shall then be dispatched the following working day.

Our Security Requirements
1. All card numbers shall be put under an address check, so please remember to list the cards full billing address with the matching card number.

2. All orders outside of the UK mainland or orders wishing to be shipped to an address different to that of the billing address must be accompanied with a faxed signature and a faxed photocopy of both sides of the card used to pay for the order (from a photocopy is fine).

3. If we need to contact you by phone for whatever reason and cannot do so, the order shall be held until contact has been made so please provide a daytime contact telephone number or mobile number.

All products are fully insured against loss or damage during transit. Orders over £50.00 in value for UK mainland delivery are disptacted via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier for next working day delivery where available. Orders below £50.00 are usually sent 1st Class post .

Deliveries to Northern Ireland and offshore islands including Isle of Man, Isle of Wight etc, may incurr additional postage costs if items are over 2KG in shipping weight and/or £50.00 in value. We will advise of additional costs by email or phone prior to dispatch.

Saturday delivery may be available - please telephone for details.

A signature is required for courier delivery, so to avoid disappointment, specify a delivery address where someone will be in during the day to sign for it. Perhaps use your work address as your delivery address. Please note, if a bag is returned to us via our courier because there was nobody available to sign for the delivery, you may be subjected to pay the return price charged to us from the courier.
